Navigation-->Login-->Rerouted to Box Office-->Select Third bar (Past Events)-->Select GEAR ICON on bottom left corner of event poster-->select TRANSACTION SEARCH from menu

Description: You will be rerouted to the CUSTOMER SERACH/EDIT page with the EVENTS/FLEXPASS field auto-filled with your Event Name.

Details: This option is useful when trying to locate a purchase made by a patron for a past event.
