Login-->Rerouted to BOX OFFICE screen-->select Menu lines in upper left corner-->select Customer Search/Edit-->search for customer purchase-->select RELEASE OPTIONS-->select "RELEASE WITH REFUND"-->select REFUND TYPE (not sure on actual terminology for the two refund options)
***Please note, refunds are for the FACE VALUE of tickets only. If you choose to refund the ticket price and fees to your patron, you (the client) will then be responsible for the fee.
