Boca Lemur Printer Install:

• Install the driver :
  • Mac: https://www.bocasystems.com/documents/MAC_Driver_Install_Guide_2019.pdf
  • Windows: https://www.bocasystems.com/documents/WindowsDriverInstallGuide2019.pdf
• Set Boca printer as Default Printer if not already.
• Download and install JSPrintManager client app : https://www.neodynamic.com/downloads/jspm/
  • Allow computer/browser asks to allow incoming connection from js print manager, Allow.
• Quit all browsers
• Restart computer
• Always allow computer/browser asks to allow incoming connection from js print manager.

Please note only SHOWTIX4U BOCA TICKET STOCK can be used with the Boca Lemur Printer and ShowTix4U site.

Ticket stock should be placed in STUB FIRST with side to be printed on UP.

PLEASE NOTE SHOWTIX4U IS DESIGNED TO COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY WITH YOUR BOCA PRINTER. ONE PRINTER PER COMPUTER IS NEEDED. MULTIPLE COMPUTERS ON A A NETWORK CAN NOT COMMUNICATE WITH BOCA PRINTER THROUGH SHOWTIX4U SITE.

WINDOWS:

Windows 10 + Chrome

1. Connect the printer by USB to your computer
2. Turn on the printer
3. You should get a notification that drivers are being installed
4. Go to Printers and Scanners
5. Click on the BOCA printer
6. Print a Test page

Then...
7. Set Boca printer as Default Printer if not already.
8. Download and install JSPrintManager client app : https://www.neodynamic.com/downloads/jspm/ -> Take Version 2 download
9. Click on the JSPrint Manager icon in the Toolbar and Select the Certificates option. This will install the proper certificates to allow JSPrint Manager to access your computer.
12. Quit all browsers
13. Restart computer
14. Always allow computer/browser asks to allow incoming connection from js print manager.
15. You should be able to see the BOCA printer in the printers list when you chose to print a BOCA ticket.
