Creating "Pay What You Can/Wish" Events

For pay what you wish, you could get creative and do price increments or you can simply set the ticket price to $0 and then write text surrounding the donate button under the main menu, Client Preferences about “Pay what you wish.” You will then click the customize pricing button for each date and set the $0 price to Patron and Box Office.

Free or comp tickets for live events (in person) have no fees. The fee for free or comp tickets on streaming events is $1.50 per access code which will be incurred by your arts organization.  Donations only have a 3.5% fee.
