Uploading your video content

There are several ways you can upload your video content for Video On Demand or Scheduled Content to ShowTix4U.

• When you save your event for the first time a browser window will open where you can upload your file. If you are not ready at that time to upload your file, simply close this window. You do NOT need to have your content uploaded to Publish or begin sales.
• When you save your event for the first time, a "Video Uploader" email will be sent to the event contact with a link where you can upload your file at any time. You can forward this email to whomever has your video content and they can upload the file without having to access the platform.
• At any time, you can can click on the gear icon on the event poster and choose "Video Uploader."
